Baking biscuits is one of the many pleasures of December…
To get a rest from the sugar frenzy of the run-up to Christmas, I am exploring baking savoury biscuits, just as enjoyable!
Here, parmesan sablés: mix 165g butter and the same amount of freshly grated parmesan, add 200g of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder and lots of spices.
Delicious with scrambled eggs in the morning!
