Can’t quite believe I went for the very last crumb of this, as I usually do not crave this type of cake – do you find you enjoy some pastries more when you have made them yourselves?!
In any case, a pleasure to bake! I added the zests and juices of 2 limes and the seeds of a full vanilla bean, plus some vanilla liquid extract.
