Camembert marinated with calvados, and baked with rosemary sprigs.
Another wintery treat, delicious enough to warm any palate up…
Make several incisions into the cheese, and pour some calvados, massaging it into the flesh until you reach saturation. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a whole day. Add some rosemary in the incisions, and bake for 15 minutes.
There is no better pairing than calvados, of course!
