Crème brûlée. This says ‘winter time’…

I have used a beautiful vanilla pod for this one. But one of my favourites is also the crème with coffee – simply adding a short espresso to the mixture before baking it for 1 hour, at a low temperature.

Another idea? Add a few tea spoons of pistachio paste. Adding colour and flavour!
