‘Gelato’ taken to the higher degree.
That is actually one of the best iced dessert I’ve tasted in a very long time: lemon sorbet, skillfully blended with lemon ice-cream, Champagne and recent lemon zest.
It was recent however creamy, mild however indulgent, easy however crunchy. And Champagn-y. So good.
