This beautiful amber soup is a vegetable broth. Simple? Oh no… There is not a drop of water in this cup, only slowly-extracted vegetables essences, masterly blended with a perfect balance of carrots, leeks, celery, and subtlety seasoned so that the mouth is left pure and conditioned for the meal.
A masterpiece.
