Pannacotta is a wonderful dessert: easy to make, refreshing and versatile. Cream, gelatine, flavours. For this one, I only used vanilla as I managed to find beautiful vanilla beans from Madagascar and the flavour was so intense and round that it needed nothing else. Well, only the Moscato.
