New Shanghai restaurant Tomacado, a feast for the eyes!
I’m nonetheless meditating on their punchline ‘Bloom as flowers, cook dinner for love’… Basically, the idea is half a flower store – half a restaurant. Every part is vibrant and surprisingly soothing.
