Panna cotta. Literally ’cooked cream’, and indeed not much else, with a bit of sugar, gelatine, and the almighty vanilla (pods please, no powder).
The beauty of this dessert is in its simplicity.
I serve it with a sauce made of a small banana and plenty of raspberries.
I honestly could have eaten two… maybe I did…
