The adventures of a French cook in China: my first attempt at cooking Tang Yuan.
My variation replaces red bean paste by a ganache of dark chocolate and passion fruit. Can I brag and say that it was a success?… it took me three attempts to master spreading the dough and folding it, as it is made of glutinous rice flour and is a difficult texture to handle.
