Tiramisu! Energising flavours of espresso and darkish rhum, carried by the smoothness of a mascarpone Chantilly.

I made this sort-of-lighter model by including lees sugar to the Chantilly (frankly the biscuits are sufficient). I additionally used icing sugar for a velvety texture within the mouth.
