An all-green-with-a-touch-of-white salad, recent and crunchy and earthy and acidic: inexperienced leaves, just-boiled recent peas, just-boiled asparagus, numerous chopped mint leaves, a French dressing with lime juice, and dollops of recent goat cheese, sprinkled with floor dried lime zest.
